Had a great show last night in Dayton, OH with Billy Dean, Eddie Raven and Frank Myers! The Northridge High School auditorium was almost full and we had a lot of laughs and great songs! Eddie and Frank spent many years on the road together, and the stories they shared were hilarious! They also brought it when it came to songs they wrote together - songs like "I've Got Mexico" and "Should've Been Gone By Now." Eddie sounds as good as ever and closed his segment with his incredible hit "Thank God For Kids." Frank sang "Just You and I" as a duet with his sister and also performed "I Swear," which he wrote with Gary Baker, "Front Porch Lookin' In," and "I'm Already There." Awesome stuff!
Billy Dean is one heck of a writer, singer and performer, too, wowing the crowd (and me) with songs like "Somewhere In My Broken Heart," "Let Them Be Little," and "I Miss Billy the Kid." He's an amazing talent with an amazing voice!
I'm really looking forward to this coming Saturday night at Victory Junction's Silver Theater where I'll be performing with my boy, Randy Montana, Steve Dean, Don Poythress, Kyle Petty and Jimmy Edmonds. Even if you can't make the show, you can always make a donation to Victory Junction Camp by visiting their website at www.victoryjunction.org ! It is an incredible place that's well worth supporting!
Got to run! Keep in touch and I'll try to do the same!
Blessings,
Billy
